Board approves supplemental appropriations, funds 2% bonus plan for county employees

The Board also approved appropriations for school grants (VTSS $40,000 for literacy supports and Vision Screening $5,383), law-enforcement grants (PACA $20,000; CERT $6,508; DMV grant $40,894), and a $1,000 animal-shelter grant for a free spay/neuter clinic. The motion to appropriate and transfer the listed funds carried 5-0.
