Resident Gary Harden asked the county to address mobile homes on Massey Rd; Weaver said cited properties would face maximum fines if they fail to clean up and that staff would keep Harden updated on enforcement status. Weaver also said staff will review parking/decals and signage at Riverbend to improve monitoring of campers and fishers. A previously‑scheduled conditional use permit (a different applicant) withdrew before the work session; the Beaudins have a proposed CUP scheduled for a future April meeting.
