The Board of Selectmen approved selling 207 Boston Post Road (also known as 1 Tiffany Avenue) to Lourdes Etienne Revere for $85,000 after a re‑auction produced six bidders. "We had 6 bidders, and they began bidding at 20,000, but we got it up to 85,000," said Nick, the purchasing staff member who ran the sale. He added the successful bidder submitted a $10,000 bank check and would have 30 days to complete the transaction and pay the remaining $75,000.
Chair said the town's finance department will first deduct advertising costs from the sale proceeds, and the remainder will be split proportionally between utilities and tax arrears. Nick said the RTM has already approved the auctioning and staff will work with the town clerk to close the sale. The board voted to approve the conveyance and to authorize the first selectman to sign a quitclaim deed conveying the property from the town.
The board did not specify additional conditions or contingencies in the public discussion. The purchaser is identified in meeting materials as Lourdes Etienne Revere; the transcript records the sale price and the 30‑day closing window.
