The Board approved a Contract for Residential Treatment Services with Warren County for male juvenile offenders to utilize Mary Haven Youth Center’s Response Ability Pathways (RAP) Program at a rate of $400 per day per bed, effective Sept. 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2025. The agreement renews prior arrangements and is conditional on bed availability.
During discussion Commissioner Corcoran requested Mr. Bryant re-examine the contract at the start of the calendar year. Mr. Bryant told the Board the increase in cost was tied to a shortage of available beds, a factor affecting per‑bed rates. The motion carried unanimously as recorded in the minutes.
