The Board approved a multi-item consent agenda that included authorization for Master Service Agreement(s) (example: U.S. Safety, LLC for certification, performance verification and preventative maintenance on AEDs countywide, term 08/20/2025–08/19/2028); satisfaction and release of a mortgage related to the Septic System Rehabilitation Financing Program for a property owned by Jeremy Perry (recorded 8/13/2020); and subscription membership purchases for Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Clermont Transportation Connection and BCC Administration.
Other consent items included execution of a Contract for Adult Protective Services with Clermont Senior Services, record plat approvals for subdivision replats, and a three‑year contract to provide a Contract Deputy to New Richmond Schools; all items on the consent agenda were approved by unanimous roll call unless otherwise noted in the minutes.
