Clermont County awards pump rehabilitation contract and approves water-main change order

Separately, the board authorized Change Order Number 1 to the contract with Rack & Ballauer Excavating Company for the Branch Hill Miamiville Road water-main replacement project (Front Street to Booster 1). The change order represents a decrease of $218,873.10 and adjusts the contract total to $2,862,786.90; it also includes a non-compensable extension of 19 calendar days, revising the completion date to April 24, 2025.
Both actions were approved unanimously by the board.
