The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution Number 125-25 to approve the Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program for fiscal years 2025-2029.
The resolution authorizes David L. Painter, president of the board (or, in his absence, another commissioner) to execute the HUD application forms and certifications required for federal assistance. The board made the motion, second and recorded a unanimous roll-call vote: Commissioner Batchler Yes; Commissioner Corcoran Yes; Commissioner Painter Yes.
County staff presented the plan as complying with HUD understandings and assurances; the minutes do not include plan funding amounts or detailed project lists in the meeting record. Implementation and specific allocations will proceed through the county's application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and later administrative actions.
