Patrick Rogers, introduced to the council as a representative from Lincoln Hill High School, briefed the council on recent student activities and upcoming dates. "Our school wide field trip to the Museum of Pop Culture was a great success," he said, and described follow-up events including round-table conferences and a third speaker week.
Rogers noted the ASB voted to buy a new hockey table for student use in the commons and that the spring social is scheduled for the evening of Friday, May 22. He also said students who need assessments will take ELA, math and science tests in Room 134 on scheduled days.
Rogers identified himself as a senior and thanked council members for the opportunity to speak; council members thanked him for the report and wished him well after his last meeting appearance.
