Council adopts ALPR policy, orders Flock contract terminated and cameras removed

City Manager Banks said logistics are in place: the Flock contract will end effective Friday, July 31; the system will go dark that day and a work order has been issued for removal. Council adopted the resolution and policy by roll-call vote and directed staff to execute termination steps and ensure evidence retention procedures for ongoing cases.
