Chairman Rod Cleveland told the Board that the Employee Benefits Committee plans to review options for administering FSA and HSA accounts in the coming months, noting it has been five years since the last review and the committee will explore alternatives to better manage those accounts.
George Mauldin, Safety & Emergency Management Director, reported no updates. At 10:42 a.m. Jacob McHughes moved to adjourn and Rusty Grissom seconded; the motion carried with Cleveland, Warr, Howlett, Amason, McHughes, Williams and Grissom voting yes.
