The Watonwan Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors approved payment of $112,705.80 in bills at its May 12, 2026 meeting in St. James. Treasurer Dave Haler told the board there was no written treasurer’s report before the meeting and that balances had not materially changed since the last meeting; the bills were approved on a motion by Matt Wolle, seconded by Andrew Ekstrom.
The board also approved the amended May 12 agenda (motion by Matt Wolle, second by Bret Braaten) and the April 14, 2026 meeting minutes (motion by Bret Braaten, second by Matt Wolle). All recorded motions during the morning carried unanimously with affirmative votes from Braaten, Ekstrom, Enger and Wolle. The board adjourned at 10:16 a.m.; the next regular meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at the District Office.
