Administrators outline NEASC timeline; external site visit set for Nov. 16–18

District administrators told the committee they have completed a NEASC self-assessment and uploaded evidence for each indicator, and that faculty, student and family surveys will shape the accreditation team’s work.
Mark Bracco, the superintendent, told members the external site visit is planned for Nov. 16–18 and will include interviews and observations. "We've completed our self assessment process, and we've now uploaded evidence for each indicator," he said, adding that the visit team’s findings will be informed by survey data and leadership’s internal review. Principal Rose is expected to brief the committee again in the fall with more detailed preparation work.
Committee members noted that survey themes already point to family desire for more partnership and student interest in greater agency and choice; leaders said those themes will help set district improvement strategies ahead of the site visit.
