Rockport committee backs study group to redesign middle/high library; podcast studio coming this year

"We would like to squeeze 1 FTE somewhere out of the budget" to provide program leadership for the redesigned space, he said, while noting the exact title and job description will be determined by the study team's programmatic recommendations.
As an early, tangible deliverable, staff said there will be an operational podcast studio in the middle/high school library and a makerspace for the elementary school before the end of the school year; presenters said these projects will build buy‑in and momentum for the larger redesign.
