On motion by Commissioner Dunne the board accepted the County Engineer’s report and moved items 1–4 from the Road & Bridge Committee to the consent agenda. The actions related to County State-Aid Highway projects included a final contract payment for the CSAH 16 reconstruction project and authorizing a professional services agreement for construction testing for the CSAH 19 project as well as actions on SP 013-619-023 CSAH 19 improvement project. The board then approved the consent agenda; the consent package included payment of the county’s warrants and miscellaneous bills totaling $1,864,592.02.
Assistant County Engineer Ben Hobert had presented updates on current Public Works projects earlier in the meeting; the board took no separate action on that presentation beyond accepting the engineer’s report and advancing the identified items to consent. All consent motions were recorded as carried unanimously.
