Council approves Osthed boundary-line adjustment and parcel consolidation for 7382 E. 100 S.

Adam Osthed explained a mutually agreed boundary-line adjustment with neighboring landowners and requested consolidation of parcels 240140051 and 240140052 to allow placement of a planned home. The council considered the Planning Commission recommendation and approved both the boundary-line adjustment and the consolidation on roll‑call votes of 5‑0.
Council documents note Weber County verification of the revised plats is required prior to recording. Osthed said he is working with an architect and intends to build on the combined parcel. The council’s motions were moved by TCM Artie Powell and seconded by TCM Bruce Ahlstrom; both motions passed on roll‑call votes recorded in the minutes.
