Member Jordan Grimstead moved to approve the Consent Agenda and Member Ryan Despain seconded; the motion carried with all members voting unanimously. Subsequent motions to approve the LEA-specific licensees and the 2026–27 school fees also passed unanimously. The board approved an amendment to the Eureka Elementary Trustland Plan and approved Trustland Plans for Eureka Elementary, West Desert Elementary, West Desert High School and Tintic High School. Board members requested a timeline be added to one Trustland goal before final approval; the board approved the item with that addition.
Board President Jeana Rowley and Superintendent Greg Thornock were present for the roll call; Business Administrator Jeremy Snell was excused. All action votes recorded in the minutes were unanimous "yes." The board set its next regular meeting for June 15, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at the Tintic School District Office.
