Maurertown property owner Darryl Bates told the Board he owns two industrial properties with what he described as sufficient water and said he is frustrated they are not being developed. Board members noted the water-supply issue during later agenda items, and county and EDA representatives acknowledged that water availability is a problem that will require coordinated planning across agencies and stakeholders.
