Course crew adds sand, expands bunkers and preps resodding; Bridge #1 decking set for April

Course maintenance staff told the board that they added 12 loads of sand around greens, mowed rough areas for conversion to fairway height and continued equipment maintenance. Work along Warm Springs Creek included trimming trees and removing 10 loads of branches. Bunker work included sand movement and expansions on holes #1, #5 and #8, and staff prepped several sod areas for resodding on holes #2, #4, #5 and #11 (noted contractor: Steve Johnnson construction).
Board members were briefed that Bridge #1 decking is slated to be installed during the first week of April by Jay Fortune; no vote was recorded on capital spending at the meeting.
