Township conditionally approves Penn Home & Farm lot addition to Kilpatrick property

The board also required that the owner's certification name the representative for Penn Home & Farm LLC as the "Sole Member" and that the Kilpatricks sign the plan.
Supervisors voted unanimously to approve the request subject to those conditions being met. The board noted that SEO, township and DEP approvals are required before final recording.
