The Salem Township Planning Commission voted unanimously on Sept. 4, 2024 to advertise a special meeting during the first two weeks of October to review proposed amendments to the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO).
Paul Holleran moved and Connie Mattei seconded the motion to advertise the meeting; both voted in favor. The Commission said the advertisement will be placed 7–10 days prior to the meeting and that the revision materials will be made available at that time. Resident John Write asked whether any materials would be distributed to the public for review before the meeting; the Commission’s response was that the advertisement and the revisions will be available in the 7–10 day window before the special meeting.
