Schlemmer and Judith G. Schlemmer to confirm a sanitary sewer easement, and include a Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) note for Route 22 access. The minutes also require adding a plan note that a roughly 40‑acre solar farm lease (Instrument No. 202403250006959) on adjacent Lot 2 cannot move forward without a land‑development application and approval.
Solicitor Atty. Falatovich clarified the supervisors' motion covered subdivision only; the minutes underscore that "Nothing in the Township's approval of this plan constitutes an approval for the development of the site" and that a separate land‑development application is required before any permits for an event center or solar farm would be issued.
