Powder Mountain told the commission and council it intends to submit a development agreement to document event limitations, parking constraints and shuttle operations. Town staff and commissioners asked the applicant to provide traffic counts, revenue projections and a five‑year timetable to be included with any formal application or agreement. No ordinance adoption or rezoning action occurred during the session.
