Surveyor Dan Irvin was asked to submit a revised site plan that shows a fifteen‑foot side and rear yard setback, a 30‑foot front building setback off Devonshire Road and Cloverleaf Drive, simplified sheets without topographic clutter for clarity, and clear dimensions and area for the existing building and proposed addition. The plan must include off‑street parking and loading calculations required under Section 602 (spaces at least 9 by 20 feet and row width at least 24 feet), labeling and sizing of three proposed loading docks, and an internal circulation plan. Commissioners also required an explicit note stating that township approval does not condone a shed's encroachment onto a neighboring Rimco property. Paul Holleran moved and Connie Mattei seconded tabling the plan; both voted yes.
