Residents report slow speeds on Danneffel/Empire roads; Comcast installation for Benton Harbor address delayed

Separately, the task force recorded a delayed Comcast installation at 1117 North Shore Drive in Benton Harbor. Comcast account manager Michael Morzan said the work order is still being processed by Comcast’s regional office in Chicago; Morzan agreed to follow up with DCS offline to help expedite the installation.
The Task Force did not take formal enforcement action but emphasized the need for evidence (speed test results and work‑order tracking) to document and remedy service shortfalls.
