Select Board approves warrants, catering permit and other routine items at Oct. 1 meeting

The Winhall Select Board approved several routine administrative items during the Oct. 1 meeting. Elizabeth Grant moved and Stacy Eddy-Gordon seconded approval of the 10/01/25 warrants; the motion passed unanimously. The Board also approved a Fire Department facility-use catering permit for a banquet scheduled Oct. 10 at 5:30 PM (motion by Stacy Eddy-Gordon; seconded by Julie Isaacs).
Other administrative notes in the minutes included a notarized letter from Kevin O'Toole regarding Moose Hollow Road (Scott Bushee will proceed as E911 Coordinator), plans to post an RFP for a minute-taker for Board meetings, upcoming line striping to follow paving, and that a new highway truck is in progress.
