State examiner audit presentation delayed; board to schedule special-call meeting

Staff informed the board that the state examiner's audit presentation (Action G-1) could not attend the July 27 meeting and will be rescheduled for a special-call board meeting or a later date. Mister Thragel told members he expected to know the new timing within a few days and would notify the board.
"We do want to, make a note that we will table action item g 1, our audit presentation. And we will have that presentation probably doing our special call board board meeting," Mister Thragel said. Board members asked staff (Miss Abrams) to coordinate schedules and ensure members are notified about the special call.
The board did not take action on the audit at this meeting and will consider it when the presenters are available.
