Tax collector: FY24 foreclosure notices scheduled for mid-January

The Selectmen accepted the Tax Collector’s Report dated Nov. 26, 2025 by a 3-0 vote. Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb noted taxes receivable figures for FY26, FY25 and FY24 and told the board that foreclosure notices for FY24 will be mailed in mid-January.
The minutes record taxes receivable amounts as: FY26 — $1,112,619.79; FY25 — $15,236.75; and FY24 — $3,712.75. The board did not vote on additional collection actions at the meeting beyond accepting the report.
