Susan Craft told the authority she intends to subdivide a two-acre parcel at 27 Cassidy Drive, creating two parcels with separate access points (one on SR158 and one on Cassidy Drive), and requested sewer connection for the new lot. Dan Goncz recommended the applicant submit three Applications for Sewer Service to document connections and routework, and gave his contact number for contractor coordination.
Administrator Karen Shipton will send the Application for Sewer Service forms to Craft. Dan said the authority will prepare grinder-pump agreements and guidance where applicable and will present draft documents for board approval at the May meeting.
