At the Dec. 29 Selectmen meeting, the board accepted the Treasurer’s Report dated Dec. 23, 2025, which listed a Trio-General Ledger balance of $1,210,197.72. The Town also reported a 6‑month certificate of deposit of $107,539.29 and bonds recorded at $2,852,214.00 and $2,851,396.00 on different reporting dates.
The Tax Collector’s Report was accepted as presented. Taxes receivable were listed as: FY26 $1,075,018.99; FY25 $13,690.19; FY24 $3,712.75. The Selectmen approved Warrants #29, #30 and #31 (Dec. 23, 2025); staff noted that #30 and #31 had been labeled backward and clarified that #31 represented payroll A/P before the board approved the warrants 3-0.
Payroll and accounts payable totals were recorded in the minutes as: Town P/R #29 $16,416.05; Town A/P #30 $7,155.00; Town P/R #31 $29,514.09; total $53,085.14.
The minutes indicate routine acceptance of year-end financials and will include the completed audit on an upcoming agenda for public copies.
