Commissioners appoint Steven R. Burrus to Port Authority seat; Assessor officer changes acknowledged

Chairman Burrows brought forward the appointment to the City of Tulsa-Rogers County Port Authority Board to fill the remaining term of Steven J. Dowty. Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to appoint Steven R. Burrus; Commissioner Steve Hendrix seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Separately the board acknowledged personnel changes in the Assessor’s Office: removal of Scott Marsh and addition of Arlene Peper as requisitioning officers, and the removal of Arlene Peper and addition of Elizabeth "Buffy" Evans as receiving officers. Both acknowledgments were approved on motions by DeLozier and second by Hendrix with unanimous roll-call votes.
