Planning & Zoning Administrator Amber Vogt presented the staff report and applicant representative Ryan Streff of Vertical Bridge explained the project. The board approved the permit based on Planning & Zoning Commission recommendation and updated condition #5 to limit equipment shelters to a maximum of three shelters up to 15' x 20' each.
The permit record lists the owners/applicants as Frontgate Holdings, LLC; Jeff & Polly Garrett; Vertical Bridge; and Ryan Streff. No public input was voiced during the public hearing before the board voted to approve the Conditional Use Permit subject to the updated condition.
