Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to approve a Utility Relocation Agreement with Rural Water District No. 2, Craig County, for water line relocations on the Rogers County Little Pryor Creek LWC Project, J/P 32844(07). Commissioner Steve Hendrix seconded and the motion carried on a roll-call vote with all three commissioners voting aye.
On the same project, DeLozier moved to approve an ODOT 324a claim form for Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative as a direct payment from ODOT for electric line relocation; that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes list the project identifier J/P 32844(07) for both items; no dollar amounts are recorded in the published minutes.
