Notable contributions included $5,000 from Tulsa Cement and a $1,000 donation from Heide Katzer; smaller gifts from individuals and local businesses ranged from $33 to $500. The donations were recorded as designated for specific programs within the Sheriff’s Office.
The board took the actions as part of a grouped vote on agenda items 3–20. Chairman Ron R.B. Burrows and the two commissioners voted unanimously to accept the donations; no dissent or abstention was recorded.
