Selectboard confirms municipal appointments including media of record and town officers

The Selectboard approved a slate of appointments: Manchester Journal as media of record; posting locations; Patrick Salo as Pound Keeper and Animal Control Officer; Stuart Coleman in several town health and safety roles; Elizabeth Grant named Museum Curator, Cemetery Commissioner and Town Service Officer; and Lissa Stark as Communications Union District and Mountain Towns Recreation Committee rep.
At the July 2 meeting the Selectboard approved a slate of municipal appointments. The Manchester Journal was named media of record and designated posting areas included the Town Office, Winhall.org, Winhall Market, the Bondville Post Office and the Transfer Station. Patrick Salo was appointed Pound Keeper and Animal Control Officer.
Stuart Coleman was appointed Tree Warden, Health Officer and Fire Warden. Elizabeth Grant was appointed Town Service Officer, Cemetery Commissioner and Museum Curator. Town Administrator Lissa Stark was chosen as the town’s representative to the Communications Union District and the Mountain Towns Recreation Committee. The motion to approve the full slate was made by Elizabeth Grant, seconded by Julie Isaacs and recorded as unanimous in the minutes.
No salaries or term lengths were recorded in the meeting minutes for these appointments.
