The board and Stratton agreed to rebuild an Access Road corner, address three 18-inch culverts and proceed with paving once work scopes are finalized; two paving bids had been received but no paving contract was awarded at the meeting. Board members and Stratton discussed traffic-control options during construction, including alternating one-way traffic up and down Lower Taylor Hill for approximately four weeks, but emphasized that at least one lane would remain open at all times to ensure emergency access.
Because timing is critical for culvert #42, the board voted to hold an emergency meeting immediately after Hunter Excavating completes its exploration so the members can make prompt decisions about repairs and closures. No specific contract price or start date for heavy work was recorded in the minutes.
