Commissioners approved a suite of personnel changes affecting multiple departments. Actions recorded include retitling the Adult Treatment Court Case Manager to Adult Probation Officer Intensive Supervision and reclassifying the pay grade from 108 to 109; reclassifying the Director of Operations, Airport from pay grade 112 to 113; creating an Appraiser II position (Pay Grade 107); creating a Museum Curator position and Deputy Director, Parks & Recreation (both Pay Grade 111); and reclassifying multiple Clerk, Treasurer, and Clerk of District Court positions (various increases). Commissioner Clem moved several of the motions and Commissioner McCreery, Commissioner Means or Commissioner Ford seconded at various points; all personnel motions passed with unanimous votes.
The board also approved updated Salary Range Placement Table effective March 4, 2026. The meeting minutes record the motions and approvals but do not include job descriptions beyond noting that revised job descriptions were approved as presented. Implementation will follow through county human resources and the affected departments.
