"This board would meet to approve any funding requests from a revolving loan fund at the state," Steffensen said. Jones also noted that the authority does not address railroad safety, clarifying the board’s limited oversight scope.
The meeting was brief and procedural: the board took no new project actions and no members of the public signed in to speak. The session adjourned after the routine approvals.
