County clerk presents FY26 archival plan; court approves contracts funded by filing fees

The clerk recommended approving the plan and continuing the $10 fee that supports the archival effort.
The court moved and approved the archival plan; the clerk will continue projects already in progress (plat indexing, a large imaging project) and carry forward remaining rollovers. The court recorded the approval for the record.
