Committee votes unanimously to enter executive session for personnel and legal matters
Summary
The Government Operations Committee voted unanimously to go into executive session to discuss employment history of particular individuals and to confer with legal counsel; the motion was moved by Ed Bronson, seconded by Nonie Flynn.
At 2:58 p.m. (within the meeting), Ed Bronson moved that the committee enter executive session to discuss two matters: (1) the employment history of a particular individual(s) with members of the committee, other legislators, the Director of Human Resources and the County Administrator in attendance and (2) conferring with legal counsel with the County Attorney and County Administrator in attendance. Nonie Flynn seconded the motion and the committee voted unanimously to enter executive session. The minutes record 'VOTE: Unanimous.'
The meeting later adjourned at 4:30 p.m.; minutes were signed and submitted by Emilee Miller, Yates County Clerk of the Legislature.
