IT updates Office 365 rollout and evaluates digital signage; committee agrees to advance Scribe Enterprise contract

Pierce told the committee the prior digital-signage licensing is no longer available and IT is in a demo phase to choose a replacement. Separately, Chair Pat Killen asked whether the resolution 'Authorize Chair to Sign Contract with Scribe Enterprise (IT)' should be advanced; after discussion and edits there were no official objections and the item will proceed to the Legislative Meeting for consideration.
