Chad Pierce presented the IT report, correcting that the help-desk tally applied to March (about 300 tickets) and saying his team has deployed Office 365 to internal workstations; Pierce noted he has used the deployment for roughly two weeks. He said IT is documenting standard operating procedures and moving forward with project-management implementation.
Pierce told the committee the prior digital-signage licensing is no longer available and IT is in a demo phase to choose a replacement. Separately, Chair Pat Killen asked whether the resolution 'Authorize Chair to Sign Contract with Scribe Enterprise (IT)' should be advanced; after discussion and edits there were no official objections and the item will proceed to the Legislative Meeting for consideration.
