Legislature approves appointments, staffing changes and multiple budget transfers

On the fiscal side, the Legislature approved multiple budget transfer schedules to reallocate contingency funds to various personnel line items across departments, and appropriated a $200,000 assigned fund balance draw to the Yates Community Center (Field House) as the sixth and final draw under an amended agreement. That appropriation passed unanimously with Mr. Button recorded as abstaining on that specific draw resolution.
