The Agriculture, Industry & Planning Committee declared Bobcat of Batavia a non-responsive bidder on a mower procurement and awarded the contract for a Ferris zero turn mower (or equal) to Charles F. Oliver & Son, LLC for $10,975. The motion was made by Robert V. Nichols and seconded by Michael Volino; the vote was 5-0.
Christopher Brewer recommended awarding generator maintenance to Integrated Power for a total cost of $18,130; the contract will cover maintenance for 21 county generators. Hilda T. Lando moved the award; Shannon Logsdon seconded, and the motion carried 5-0. Committee members recorded the dollar amounts and the number of generators during the procurement discussion.
