Transportation Manager Charlotte Frei presented a proposal to allocate existing budgeted funds for a Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) pilot program for Teton County employees and workers who use alternative transportation. The board approved allocating $6,500 from existing Transportation Division FY2026 funds to the pilot and directed staff to create governing rules and return to the board to begin a 45-day public comment period on the draft rules.
The motion passed unanimously. Frei answered commissioners’ questions during the presentation; no public comment was recorded.
