County hears pitches for Water Quality SPET projects; staff recap proposed allocations

County attorneys Keith Gingery and Amy Ramage and staff answered technical and legal questions. The board held discussion on proposed projects; Heather Overholser concluded with a recap of proposed funding amounts for the projects as reflected in the workshop materials.
