Teton County grants construction authorities for Justice Center, approves $23,713.99 change order

The Teton County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution granting certain authorities and powers to the Director of General Services for construction of the Teton County Justice Center. Patrick McGaugh, Director of General Services, presented the resolution and answered commissioners’ questions before the board voted to adopt the resolution.
The board also approved Change Order 006 with DPR/GE Johnson Wyoming in the amount of $23,713.99 for temporary offices related to the Justice Center construction. "I move to approve Change Order 006 with DPR/GE Johnson Wyoming in the amount of $23,713.99," Commissioner Len Carlman moved; the motion passed with all in favor after staff and the Wembers owner representative, Tom Farrens, answered questions.
