Porter Fairgrounds Trust Authority approves 2026 meeting schedule

The Porter Fairgrounds Trust Authority voted unanimously on Dec. 12, 2025, to adopt its calendar of meetings for 2026. The board approved dates that match the Town meetings: the first Thursday of each month, with the exception of January and October when meetings will be held on the second Thursday; meeting time will begin immediately following the Planning and Zoning meeting.
Norma Meyer moved to approve the dates and times and Ryan Moore seconded the motion; members Ryan Moore, Steve Dickey, Norma Meyer and Kevin Walker voted yes and the motion carried 4-0. The action was taken under agenda item 3(a) of the special meeting minutes.
