Council weighs Cauley Creek phase‑2 choices and seeks clearer youth‑sports pathways

Council discussed pilot agreements with Fulton County Schools (Abbott Hill) for evening and weekend field use and debated whether to earmark the $200,000 now or retain flexibility during the CIP and strategic retreat. Staff said the CIP will reflect council feedback.
