Council discusses cemetery wages, approves clerk raise, and hears airport grant update

On airport matters, CM Mike Hale reported an American Electric quote of about $11,000 for light installation, said the city has two grants and a loan reimbursement that could be applied to the airport budget, and presented a WSDOT grant proposal to update airport land planning; Tim Ike was scheduled to appear at the next meeting to provide further details.
The meeting minutes record discussion and direction but no final decisions on cemetery wages or airport project awards; staff will bring additional information back to council.
