Council approves LGIP resolution and adds clerk to authorization form

CM Dave Tysz moved to approve the resolution and CM Mike Hale seconded; the motion passed unanimously. A subsequent motion to add Browning to the authorization form also passed unanimously.
The actions authorize the city to use the LGIP for investing certain funds and add Browning to the list of authorized signatories; the council did not specify investment amounts or changes to investment policy in the minutes.
