The Tekoa City Council approved a 10-foot variance request for property owner Ann Groot.
CM Shelly Ausmus said she had no problem moving ahead because a plan was in place for the property. CM Mike Hale moved to grant the 10-foot variance and CM Pete Martin seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The council did not attach special conditions in the minutes; staff will reflect the approval in permitting records.
The approval allows the property owner to proceed with the project consistent with the variance; any building permits or inspections will follow normal planning and permitting processes.
